Accessing HUB

HUB is accessible for use on any web browser.

Step 1/2

Existing SID users should log in with their SID account credentials.

If a hospital user needs to create an account, we recommend using their hospital email address, as Google or Apple logins may not be allowed on hospital PCs.

Step 2/2

By default, at initial login a user will only see the SID Community Team with no access.

To join one or more private Teams, paste and navigate to the invitation code provided by an administrator (administrators see below for reference).

Refresh the page to confirm the new Team addition.

*Default permissions are read-only for new Team users. See your Administrator to elevate permissions.

Team HUB Administrators can copy and share the invitation code from the user management panel.
