HUB Catalog and Queue Management

HUB Team Editors and Admins can view and manage instruments and catalog content belonging to their Team.

There are two primary sections in HUB for instruments and content

Private Catalog Panel
Users with Editor or Admin permissions can select to view their Team's approved private catalog.




The private catalog panel serves three primary functions.
  1. Filters to view different types of content contributions by the Team.
  2. Add an item shortcut to submit new instruments for approval.
  3. Edit or Delete Team content.

Private Instrument and Content Queues
Private Instruments and Catalog photos submitted via SID or HUB can be reviewed and approved, edited, or rejected.
*Private Notes functionality is expected to be available in January 2025.





Accept, Edit, or Delete private Instruments in the Actions section here.
*Instruments must be approved before they are available in any catalog.





Accept or Delete private Catalog photos in the Actions section here.




Private Catalog photos can later be removed by navigating to the related Instrument in the Private Catalog list of approved instruments.
Simply click and drag approved photos from the Main section back to the approval queue, or hidden.  




Private Catalog photos in the approval or hidden sections can be deleted if desired.
